  Booking are done on First come First Serve
• 
  Accepted payment mode: Cash, Cheque and Online payment/QR
• 
  Booking is not confirm until the booking fees 20% of total fees is paid
• 
  Booking fees is nonrefundable for cancellation or date change (Condition Applied)
• 
  70%  pre-advance need to pay before 2 days of the event/Function
• 
  Remaining payment should be settled on the day of the event/function
• 
  Buffet Dinner will close at 10:30 P.M. 
• 
  Snack Buffet 
• 
  Bar will close at 8:30 P.M.
• 
  DJ charge 10,000 NRS. Outside DJ brought by the host will be charge 2,000. DJ close at 9:00 P.M. 
• 
  Extra decoration will be charge as per the décor items. If Host bring own florists than its will be charge as per the décor items. 
• 
  The Host will be responsible to pay for any kind of damage to the premises of the building. 
•

  Hall is chargeable if the number of the guest are less than 100
• 
  Banquet close at 11:00 P.M. and open at 6:00 A.M. 
• 
  Company will not be responsible for any kind of loss or damage of personal property
